Which items can be returned: You can return your items within 30 days after the parcel is signed. They must be unused, and in the same state as the received item, it must be in the original packaging. Please provide the order number and photo or video certificate when applying for return or exchange. For any return or exchange application, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org first, we do not accept any return or exchange without prior application. Free gifts must be returned together.
Return process: When a refund occurs, please contact customer service email@example.com via email. We will process your return application within 5 working days and reply to the processing result. If your product needs to be exchanged, we will re-deliver it and update the tracking number within 5 working days after receiving your returned package.
