Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Returns Policy

Which items can be returned: You can return your items within 30 days after the parcel is signed. They must be unused, and in the same state as the received item, it must be in the original packaging. Please provide the order number and photo or video certificate when applying for return or exchange. For any return or exchange application, please send an email to grmontrewatches@gmail.com first, we do not accept any return or exchange without prior application. Free gifts must be returned together.

Return process: When a refund occurs, please contact customer service grmontrewatches@gmail.com via email. We will process your return application within 5 working days and reply to the processing result. When you receive the email that we agree to return, you need to return it within 3 working days and send a valid tracking number to our email address. If your product needs to be exchanged, we will re-deliver it and update the tracking number within 5 working days after receiving your returned package.

Return shipping fee: The original freight is not refundable You are responsible for the return freight *International customers, please note that any return shipping fees/taxes collected from grmontrewatches.com will be deducted from the refund amount.

How long can I get a refund: After receiving and checking your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item, and we will also notify you to approve or reject the refund. If you are approved, your refund will be refunded within 10 working days after grmontrewatches.com receives the return.

Unclaimed order: We are not responsible for any package returned to us due to rejection, unclaimed, or incorrect address. If you find that the address is incorrect or incomplete when you receive the confirmation email, please send us an email at grmontrewatches@gmail.com as soon as possible to reply to the confirmation email with updated details. After processing the order, we will not be able to change the address, and we are not responsible for incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Duties/fees: Customs fees are the responsibility of the customer, please check with the local customs for the fees. In addition, please note that in rare cases, customs may delay the delivery of packages.
