Returns Policy

Which items can be returned: You can return your items within 30 days after the parcel is signed. They must be unused, and in the same state as the received item, it must be in the original packaging. Free gifts must be returned together.

If your product needs to be exchanged, we will re-deliver it and update the tracking number within 5 working days after receiving your returned package.
